As an alternative too new, we can also offer you repaired, partially overhauled or completely overhauled second hand machines. It’s your decision! Frech can offer you a huge variety of second hand machines with a maximum in terms of quality, competence and sound advice – worldwide!

This includes at a minimum:

  • Cleaning of the machine

  • Check of safety features

  • Repair of malfunctions within the machine

  • Repair of machine guarding and covers

  • Repair of the original machine paint

  • Final test run of the machine for several hours with test report

This can mean for example:

  • Cleaning of the machine

  • Dis-assembly of the locking unit

  • Renewal of bushes, tie bars, tie bar nuts and seals

  • Overhaul of the closing cylinder

  • New ejector cylinder

  • Repair of the lubrication system

  • Assembly and adjustment of the locking unit

  • Overhaul and new seals of the tear-off cylinder (hot chamber machines)

  • Overhaul and new seals for the shot positioning cylinder of the injection unit (cold chamber machines)

  • New hydraulic hoses

  • Check of safety features

  • Repair of machine guarding and covers

  • Repair of the original machine paint

  • Final test run of the machine for several hours with test report

  • Six months warranty on the locking unit and on the hydraulic cylinders

This comprises at a minimum of:

  • Cleaning and sand blasting of the machine

  • Dis-assembly of the locking unit

  • Renewal of bushes, tie bars, tie bar nuts and seals

  • Overhaul of the closing cylinder

  • New ejector cylinder

  • Repair of the lubrication system

  • Assembly and adjustment of the locking unit

  • Overhaul and new seals of the tear-off cylinder (hot chamber machines)

  • Overhaul and new seals for the shot positioning cylinder of the injection unit (cold chamber machines)

  • New hydraulic pump and overhaul of the motor

  • New hydraulic hoses

  • New hydraulic valves

  • Overhaul of the hydraulic manifolds

  • Repair and cleaning of the hydraulic pipes

  • New electrical installation including new cables and new limit switches

  • New, state-of-the-art control cabinet

  • Check of safety features

  • New machine painting

  • Final test run of the machine for several hours with test report

  • Acceptance test with CE-approval

  • Six months warranty on the whole machine

The second hand machines are on display in their original condition and can be repaired, overhauled or modernized according to your specific requests. Plus, since the buying and selling of used machinery is always a matter of trust, all our machines are thoroughly tested prior to dispatch.We know our die casting machines in detail and are ready to share this know-how with our customers.
